If it Ain't Broke, Fix it!
Entrepreneurial
companies of all types share the commonality of facing a constant series
of problems and opportunities. Yet the techniques they use for solving
them are typically not taught in school. Often, managers default to the
“scientific method”. They break a problem into its component
parts, conduct detailed data collection and analysis, and then put it
all back together again in the hope of an effective solution. But while
this approach may work for scientific discovery, it’s not the most
effective technique for the business world.
This
talk explores a new approach to problem solving and implementation called
Breakthrough Thinking, resulting in a more consistent and reliable methodology
for entrepreneurs and their organizations.
